Cory-Merrill
This neighborhood was once just called South Bonnie Brae, or east of Wash Park. Today, this Corry-Merrill has made a name for itself as an up-and-coming place to call home. You can expect large lots with mature trees.
Regis
The Regis neighborhood borrows its name from Regis University, the private Jesuit school it shares a community with. It’s most popular with young professionals and families.
